What if I did not receive the postcard?

  • If you don’t receive the postcard within 10 business days from the date you were notified, please login and click on ‘Customer Support’.
  • Please open a ticket and notify Customer Service that you did not receive the postcard. Customer Service will send another postcard with a different 6-digit code to your mailing address and notify you when the new postcard is mailed
