How do I ‘Claim Mailbox’ for a business?

  • From the Home page, click ‘Join Today’ and select ‘Business’.
  • Enter information ‘About the Company’, including the legal business name & address.
  • Enter information ‘About Authorized Personnel’. Any authorized personnel can sign up and create your Business account
    1. Enter the first, middle and last name, suffix, email, mobile of the authorized personnel and a password to create your business account
    2. Upload document to verify identity of the authorized personnel
  • Under ‘Claim Your Mailbox’, upload any one ‘proof of business’ document listed in the drop down
  • Our Customer Service will verify the information and notify you within 48 hours
  • Upon approval, you are validated and you have ‘Claimed Your Mailbox’ for your business.
