How do I Upload my documents?
- When you are at ‘Verify Your Identity’ or ‘Claim Your Mailbox’ page during Sign Up, click on the drop down box to view list of documents you can upload
- Select the document from the drop down list and click ‘Upload’
- Choose the file location of the document you are uploading, and click ‘Submit’
- Please make sure the document you are uploading meets the following requirements:
- Acceptable file formats are .pdf, .jpeg, .png
- File size should not exceed 5 MB
