What if I don’t know the recipients' physical mailing address?
- When you ‘Compose Zipinmail’, you can ‘Search’ for recipients in the outgoing Zipinmail section.
- Enter the first & last name of the person and enter the information you know such as city or zip code.
- Zipinmail will give a list of all matching names in that city or zip code in our database.
- When you select the recipients’, Zipinmail will display their full address from our database
- When you click ‘Add’, Zipinmail will add the selected recipients’ under ‘To’ or ‘CC’ field per your selection
