How do I compose and send a Zipinmail?

  • From inbox dashboard, click ‘Compose Zipinmail’ button on top right corner
  • Click ‘Add or Search’ Recipients under To and CC fields
  • Enter first & last name and select address type (individual, business or po box address)
  • Enter the Street #, Street Name, Unit/Apt/Ste, City, State & Zip Code of the recipient/s
  • The recipients’ first & last name will be displayed under To and CC fields
  • Add ‘Subject’, and select ‘Category’ and ‘Mail Type’
  • Category is required and Mail Type is optional
  • Type your message in the body of Zipinmail (just like an email)
  • Add attachments (if any) and insert image (if any)
  • Click ‘Send’ and your Zipinmail will be sent to the recipients’ Zipinmail address (recipients’ mailboxes in the cloud)
