How do I change or edit my name after I ‘Sign Up’?
- From your inbox dashboard, click on the ‘Account Icon’ on the top right corner of your navigation panel.
- Select ‘Basic’ in your User Account Settings
- Click on ‘Edit’ next to your Account Name
- Enter your new first, middle and last name
- Upload ‘Change of Name’ document
- Our Customer Service will verify and update your new name in our database
- You will continue to receive all your mail in all your mailboxes sent to you under old and new name
- All your mailbox addresses, data in those mailboxes and your settings will remain the same
