What if I remember my password, but want to change or reset password?
- If you remember your password, login to your Zipinmail account.
- From your inbox dashboard, click Account Settings on the top right corner.
- Under the ‘Basic’ section, click the ‘Edit’ button next to your Password box and re-enter a new password.
- Enter the 6-digit code sent to your mobile
- Your password must be a minimum of 8 alphanumeric characters with at least one special character and one uppercase letter.
