What do you check to verify my identity?
- We check your first, middle & last name and suffix entered by you in Zipinmail with the document you uploaded.
- Please make sure to enter your first, middle and last name, and suffix in Zipinmail exactly as shown in the document you are uploading.
- If the first, middle, last name or suffix does not match with the document uploaded, our Customer Service will send it back to you. If you receive a notification from our Customer Service, please correct your first, middle or last name entered in Zipinmail or upload another document that matches your first, middle & last name.
